Boudoir is about embracing and celebrating the body you have right now. When you look through this page, you’ll see stretch marks, curves, rolls, nipples, and most importantly, you’ll see incredible women of every shape and size owning their beauty with confidence.

I often hear women say they want to wait until they lose weight or that no one wants to see their naked body. The truth is, those feelings are the very reason to do a boudoir shoot. This experience is about showing you just how beautiful and worthy you already are. If my size 20, stretch mark covered body that has carried four babies and breastfed three can do a shoot, then so can you!!

I’ve had the privilege of photographing women from size 6 through to 28, and my client closet is carefully curated to fit sizes 4 to 28. I pride myself on creating a safe, welcoming space where every body is celebrated without judgment. If I don’t have something in your size, I’ll happily add to my collection to make sure you feel amazing.

Boudoir is the ultimate confidence boost, and I would love the opportunity to work with you and show you just how truly beautiful you are.

 FAQs

 

  • I have a small studio in Weston where we meet initially to choose some outfits and chat about your session and all of my shoots take place in a beautiful suite in Oamaru.

  • I am typically booked up 6 months in advance but I do have a wait list for if I have any last minute cancellations however I highly recommend booking as soon as you decide you want a shoot. I am able to take bookings up to two years in advance!

  • The Session Fee is $489 and includes the following:

    • A pre-shoot consultation

    • Wardrobe & Styling advice

    • Full access to our Client Wardrobe with over 130+ pieces in sizes 4 - 28

    • Expert posing and guidance throughout your shoot

    • Professional hair & makeup (hellooo, makeover!!)

    • A one-hour photoshoot

    • Professional retouching of all your final images

    • Private viewing session

    Digital images, prints and products are available to order separately and I have a range of different collections starting at $1800 and I also have an A la Carte Menu starting at $500

  • There are so many different reasons that someone will do a boudoir session but the most common reason is to celebrate their body and to get comfortable with the skin they are in! Some other reasons include gifts for partners, an upcoming wedding, photos for dating profiles, capturing their body before or after surgery and some come in to empower themselves for overcoming an eating disorder. I also have a lot of new mums coming in wanting to feel good in their new body. At the end of the day, other people’s reasons do not matter, what matters is that you get the opportunity to have a session and love your body for any reason you like, or no reason at all! Everyone is welcome in my studio!

  • The confidence is found during the shoot! Just bite the bullet and the rest will come! Most of my clients are SO NERVOUS at the beginning of their shoot but I will be your biggest hype girl and not only tell you how beautiful you are but I show you the unedited photos on the back of my camera so you can see with your own eyes during the session how stunning you are! There is always a huge shift in my clients between the first pose and the last pose and I promise it will happen for you too, just do it!

  • The session fee needs to be paid at the time of booking and I can take internet banking, debit card, cash and credit card. I also offer a discount if you pay in full at or before your viewing session.

    I also offer pre payment plans on any of my collections.

  • I will NEVER share your images without your consent and even if you do consent to me sharing your images I will not share any until you have selected exactly which images you are happy for me to share. It is also completely fine to keep your gallery 100% private.
